All NEW Student athletes (parent or guardian) will need to create a new "User Account" and then connect to their students.

All EXISTING student athletes will need to sign in under "Returning Users".

Physical Examination

Students registering for Activities must have a current physical examination form submitted for the Activities Trainer’s review before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. Physicals are valid for 36 months from the date of the exam. Download the physical form by clicking the Activities Team Registration icon and complete a family account and follow download instructions.
